CEO & FOUNDER
Gabriel Neptune
Gabriel brings over 25 years of management experience including supply chain consulting, oil and gas industry operations & management, and global program management at leading business organizations, both locally (Petrotrin) and internationally IBM (NYSE).
He attended the University of the West Indies and Howard University. He holds an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering Management, an MBA, and is certified in Project Management.

Neil Derrick
Neil has earned a uniquely diverse range of skills gained from 40+ years of working experience in several divisions of Petrotrin operations (human resource, corporate administration, strategic planning, and finance). This explains his many varied skills in key areas such as drilling and work-over operations, maintenance and logistics, industrial/labour relations, strategic planning, and business development, organization design, HR analytics and support, negotiation and dealmaking, business resilience coaching, and financial services.
He has also provided considerable advice, support, and services across many private sector and state industries ranging from energy, government, manufacturing, health, and finance to sport. He is a certified business resilience coach, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and an off-site tutor at Herriot Watt University.

Simon Dumas
Mr. Dumas has 30+ years of leadership experience in both private and public sectors, locally and internationally. His expertise includes Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Security Management, and Business Relationship Management providing leadership in building high-performance, multi-disciplined global teams. Simon is a graduate of the Trinidad & Tobago Coast Guard (TTCG).
